Space Hazard Analysis

The S0 hazard table lives in space/hazards.tsv. It links each space hazard to

profile scope, mitigation, local evidence, known limitation, and owner.

Current Hazards

• HZ-S0-001: invalid command mutates state.
• HZ-S0-002: unbounded memory growth.
• HZ-S0-003: unauthorized host effect.
• HZ-S0-004: physical target claim without lab evidence.
• HZ-S0-005: miscompiled flight artifact.
• HZ-S0-006: replay diverges from mission timeline.

Review Rule

Every hazard must link to:

• a source or runtime document;
• a test or evidence file;
• a known limitation or remaining phase;
• an owner responsible for review.

Hazard closure is mission-specific. Passing the local S0 gate means the

repository has traceable hazard rows and boundaries; it does not mean a mission

hazard is accepted.
